Mass Effect 2 problem

I just changed my 8800GTX for a 5850 and now when I try to load up the game it tells me I need PhysX. I know that PhysX is nVidia only so my question is can I run the game somehow?

You can run the game fine without an Nvidia card, but you do need to install the PhysX software.
