VideoGamer.com reports that Mass Effect 2 is coming to the PC platform, based on a conversation with BioWare's Matt Atwood. While Matt would not say whether a PC edition would be released simultaneously with console editions of the RPG sequel, he did say "because we've got a really great PC fan base we think it's really important to deliver the PC experience as quickly as possible. Look for more news on that soon."

Loving Mass Effect so far, really hard RPG which i have not played in a while. sometimes can be a bit too hard and the save system is crap. but great storyline and hopefully will be more Bioware quality.

We've not got the first Mass Effect yet. Still great that we also get the 2nd, and hopefully it wont be delayed as much as the first :)

cool :)

I was on the bioware site yesterday looking for updates for nwn and had a look mass effect. The graphics look amazing.

Hopefully mass effect 2 will be brilliant on the PC :D

Eh? you can save any where outside of combat.

I dont like having to save everywhere. i usually leave games on autosave and dont tend to save. but the autosave function is saving at the begining of long winded conversations. and since im on hard mode i cant save it as mostly their is combat after where the autosave is used.

Ah right, I just assume when someone complains about save system, they mean that they can't save anywhere.

Hopefully the sequel will be released at the same time as the console versions. With the original there is probably a lot of PC gamers who have already bought it on 360 (like me) not expecting a PC release. Which is a shame because I like the idea of the PC version fixing the interface etc, but I'm not paying for the game twice.

Ooh a sequel. Well, as long as the central storyline is longer and we lose those tedious Mako driving sections I'm all for it.

Oh, and we'll need more exaggerated fist clenching from the central characters. :D
