Mass Effect 3 gfx mods?

Hi can someone point me in the direction of the latest graphics mods, preferably an all-in-one solution or something simple to improve the awful character textures at least... thanks

Well my problem is there's a lot of mods, and none of them explain what exactly they do :/

Can't tell if it's working though
