Mass effect 3 - importing saves

i havent got ME2 Anymore but ive got my ME1 & ME2 Saves on my Bioware Save documents folder, will i still be able to import my ME2 Saves in ME3 without the game installed but just the save games.

the game isn't out yet but you should be able to yes.
