Mass Effect mods?

Played this quite far through, and got bored of my character

I'm going to replay it with a different skill, but does anyone know if theres any mods to change it slightly? I remember a fix that improves the shadows.

not really mods though more ini tweaks and command line stuff.

Disable the film grain filter and that will improve the graphics by about 100%

Worst decision to put that in, i hated it when it was on the 360 couldn't bare the game until i figured out you can take it off.

I found the filter grew on me a lot as I carried on playing with it on. Motion blur had to go though.

Mass Effect was a pretty big dissapointment for me, too much fps (over the shoulder action) fighting, lack of camera controls, repetitive side quests, no real exploration. One meaningful decision in the whole game, blah blah blah. Lots of annoying things in the game - the shopping interface, buggy graphics.

Depressing just thinking about how much I was looking forward to "the next big thing" from Bioware.

Not a good RPG, which was what I was hoping for. At least from my view of what a good rpg should be like anyway. Guess I better either get used to it or just go retro.

Anticipation for Dragon Age has dropped considerably.
