Mass Effect Movie!

Once again one can only pray they make a good one out of this. But don't use the game's storyline as to not ruin it. Perhaps use the story from mass effect: revalation, that has plenty of scope, but is small enough to not be so crippled by movie lengths.

FF had one great moment (the dream that featured in the posters of the time) and the rest was a string of cliches. RE was dreadful, as you basically admit - if you have to turn your brain off to like a film, it's a bad film.

Well, I wouldn't say all films you have to turn your brain off for are bad. Sometimes I really do enjoy popping in something like 300 and watching the brutality, but in general I do like a movie that makes me think. :)

I agree with you that FF and Resident Evil were very cliché though, but that was part of the fun IMO. :D
 
FF: The spirits within was crap imo, didnt relate in any way to the games.

Square Enix did actually make another FF game, featuring the characters from FF7, that film was MUCH better.

Yes, all RE's are crap.
