In mass effect how do I investigate the beacon (just about started the game) I've disarmed the bombs, but no matter how close I get, I can't investigate the beacon. Nothing happens at all, no matter how many times I slam the A button or walk around the thing whilst pressing A?

Maybe I haven't disarmed all the bombs? Is the time ticking supposed to stop after disarming them? I disarm 3 always, can't ever find anymore.

Theres the first one where you get off the train, then I think there's another 3

Never had a problem where the beacon didnt arm

That's what I'm starting to think. I know of the first 3, first one is right next to the train, second one is after the bridge and 3rd is to the left of the second from the bridge POV, but fourth?
