Mass Email Program

I have a list of 20 or so email adresses which I need to send an emial to, and this list is constantly growing. I do not wish to use gmail or hotmail because then everybody will be able to see all the emails and this is obviously a breach of privacy, so I need a program which will send an individual email to each address without revealing all the email addresses of everybody else.

EDIT: Could the Bcc feature be used for this?

just create the mail in Outlook, send it to yourself but put all the recipients in the BCC field. You can probably even setup a distribution list in outlook as well to hold the names to make that easier.
