Mass MP3 encoding software?

Hi,
Basically i want to fit all of my songs onto my 8gb NANO (1770 songs) but they don't all fit because some of them are very high quality.
Does anyone know of a software that will allow me to select ALL of my songs and encode them all @ 128kbps all to a new folder?
