I have two lines at my property 1 BT Infinity and 2nd one TalkTalk broadband
I called BT 2 weeks ago and told them I want them to take on the 2nd line and setup BT infinity on it ! Guess what ? They tried to take over my current line that has BT Infinity on it ? WTF , even when I registered online the talk talk telephone number , Since then I have called BT 3 times and explained the issue and they have even tried to do it them selfs , for some unknown reason there BT system doesn't like the talk talk number I want them to take over , they keep telling me that ill have to wait for someone from tech team to get back to me but will a week later no call ! How hard is it for them to take over another number !!!
Anyone got any ideas on what I can do ?
The current line with BT infinity on is brilliant , you may wonder why I want a second line ? well I live in a household with 5 other guys who all use the internet so don't want to share mine with them and since it only cost £10 extra a month it makes sense to change the talk talk broadband over to infinity , if only it was so simple.
