Massive v Droop

PSU has nothing to do with it
Sorry marscay, I've got ten years of hardware experience and I have observed on several occasions what impact a poor quality PSU has on the systems voltage, particularly vCore and most noticable when overclocking. I'm not saying its the main cause but I am saying a poor quality PSU contributes to vDroop.

they've really got to you haven't they.....think of the millions of watts of energy that is still wasted by corporations around the world and you think you're doing you're bit stopping a tiny bit of vdroop
Are you actually in this thread to contribute anything or are you just having a pop at me per chance?

Yes I do by bit, a little here, a little there, it all adds up. What are you doing apart from ridiculing my personal beliefs?

a poor psu might suffer in terms of line regulation under extreme load but i've never experienced worse vdroop, then again i've never used no name PSU's either.

have these drops been measured with a DMM under load because software isn't reliable......but someone with 10yrs experience already knows this right? ;)

i can assure you that the asus loadline implementation since the P35 boards were released will have more of an effect on vcore droop than a PSU.
