Just watched tonight's episode and John Terode prepared a beautiful looking dish.
He made a Moroccan marinated lamb dish that was then griddled and placed in the oven. Alongside this he made a spicey aubergine dish called Imam Bayaldi with herbed flatbreads.
The dish looked absolutely stunning and there was no mistaking it was lamb. Even on the telly!
Somehow 4 out of the 6 contestants managed to identify it incorrectly. 1 thought it was beef, 2 thought it was pork and another thought it was duck!
