Anyone done one? Was it worth it and what effect has it had on your career prospects (if any)?

I did one, paid for by my company at the time. I haven't done too badly since I finished it although who knows what would have happened had I not done it. I would encourage anyone to do it, if nothing else it looks good on a CV. Surprisingly the bit I use most is the personality profiling and understanding yourself and your interactions with others stuff - which was the subject I expected to be of least interest and use.

What do you do out of interest? I've worked with people in certain industries where it's starting to become expected once you get to a certain level and want to progress.
