Matching RAM types/speeds?

In my computer at the moment i have a stick of 512MB DDR SDRAM PC2100 that occupies one of the 3 slots. I want to buy another stick and ive got my eyes on this Kingston 512MB PC3200 DDR2-400. Would the fact that the 2 sticks are different speeds confuse or mess up my computer in any way? cheers in advance

You need DDR not DDR2

If you get a faster stick it will slow down to the other one
