Mate and dude, but chief and guy sometimes (as in "alright guy" strange typing it out but it works in speech lol)

I don't like any, I find them condensing.

I normally greet friends and people I work with, "Howzit bru" or if it is a lady, just a "Hello, Good morning" followed by their name.

"Mate" - it's nice and generic. There are people at work who use too many - mate, matey, amigo, hoss - it winds me up
