maths help please

[Going to Cali]

[0,0,1,0]
[0,1,0,0]
[0,0,-1,0]

=

[0,-1,0,0]

I can't figure out how these can multiply together to yield the result. Any ideas?

How does that work for;

[0,-1,0,0]
[0,1,0,0]
[0,1,0,1]

=

[0,1,0,0]

?
