Would anyone mind helping me get my head round these equations?

They're part of a warm up for a course I start in sep't.

Any help would be great :)

Thanks for the help guys. I can follow / comprehend up to the last line - g(t/2pi)^2 = w/f

w is being divided by gf so to get g on the other side of the equasion I times the left by g

What I don't understand (at all) is the rule about moving w from the top of the division, could someone explain that bit to me?
