Hi chaps

Quick question, whilst ordering from recently hacked storage manufacturer I entered the 10% off discount code for June.

So product was £190.99

10% off was £36.28

Total to pay was £154.71

Any idea how 36.28 is 10% of 190.99?

Has maths changed since I was a lad...

There's been glitches in the past where discounted products are further discounted based on the ORIGINAL price rather than the already discounted one. Could it be that?

I may have made use of this on the Dell site at one point..

It is a bit odd, maybe a typo as suggested earlier, anyway, I placed my order and haven't had an email asking for more money yet so happy to accept the fine discount offered :)

It's not 10% it's 19%

Simple 10% and then another 10%

That's then 20% not 19%.
