Maths Question

Hi guys,
got a bit of a math problem here for a friend whos making a board game.

He needs to make 52 playing cards that hold a value each between 2 and 20 (including these values).
He needs to have the average number once all the values of the cards have been counted to be 7.5

Is there a mathematical way of workign out which numbers he needs to use?

7.5 x 52 = 390 (total of all the cards values)

then just make the 52 cards of values between 2-20 to equal 390. not hard
