hi welcome to the forums

DVI(digital VIDEO interface) does not support audio, to get audio to your TV you will need to run a cable from your motherboard to your TV

umm maybe it does taken from another thread

"Audio will be sent over the DVI link with the HDMI adapter. While it's not an official part of the DVI spec, this has been a common feature on video cards for a very long time. You just need to make sure that the SPDIF components of the Catalyst driver package is installed."

Have you been into catalyst control center to look for any audio options?
