Mattresses - I need knowledge

I really disliked the Emma mattress, after around 6 months or so, they just get huge dips in them, with the 10 year guarantee, they will replace them, but the same thing just happens in another 6 months. In the end I had it replaced and just sold it as brand new in the box

If you check their trust pilot reviews, you'll see it's really common
 
I went for a 1400 poket spring matress from silent night.. (it's a pretty cheap matress, as they go) I just dont't like the idea of memory foam, it's like sleeping on quick-sand. I just dont like it.

I'm toying with the idea of adding a proper latex topper though.
 
Just about to pull the trigger on Simba Hybrid Pro. King size.

Got a referral from a friend so 2 free memory foam pillows and you get a free mattress protector with it as well.

Had same mattress for about 8 years so looking forward to a new one!
 
I pulled the trigger on a Super King Eve Premium Hybrid at the weekend as it is now on sale and wasn't much more than the Emma. A few friends have them and rate them really highly, as do Which.
Got a text it is arriving tomorrow but we won't be able to use it until we complete on our house next Fri but it will be here waiting!

Simba Hybrid Pro mattress ordered - free mattress protector and 2 free memory foam pillows thanks to a referral from a mate. Should be here next week
 
Starting to wish Id not ordered off Eve now. Ordered earlier last week and was given a delivery date of 23rd Nov. Day of delivery turned up and delivery company message to say they can't deliver because they haven't received anything to deliver.

There's literally no way of speaking to anyone at Eve. I submitted a message through their site and eventually someone got back to me just saying they will be in touch but not giving any indication as to how long.

Quite annoyed as we're due to complete this Friday so need it before then in time for our move unless they can change the delivery address.

Yeh really annoying. They still couldn't tell me when they could deliver it yesterday when they got back to me. So I've requested the order be cancelled and refunded, jokers.

Makes me wonder how they are going to fulfil the no doubt thousands of orders they got over Black Friday. I think there is going to be a slew of bad reviews coming in for them!

Ended up ordering a Simba which is coming on Friday! See how that goes!

I got some kind of Simba in 2018 I think. It was fine for about 2 years but it’s gone to crap now in terms of comfort, I really ought to replace it.

Same with their pillows and sheets they sent me FOC to keep me sweet. Didn’t last long at all. The sheets bobbled after 2 washes and the pillows are comically uncomfortable.
 
Just dropped over 3.5k on a John Ryan mattress (Artisan Naturals) and a sprung frame (superking size).

Currently I just use a cheap frame and a 300 quid double mattress so imagine it'll be a fair jump in quality.
 
Must admit I can't get over how much comfier and better I am sleeping on the Emma mattress after getting rid of the Silent Night one.

Had a few nights on the old bed / mattress the other week and it was horrific
