Mattresses - I need knowledge

So what’s the summary for a king size mattress? I’m looking to buy a new bed frame and mattress. What’s the one everyone is going for and highly rated, and where’s the best place to buy it? :)

Depends on the sizes of the people using it, how they sleep, hot/cold, side/back/front, roll around much, etc. I went back to a cheapo Argos one, it was £40 after nectar points and a work discount. It would be horrible if you weighed a lot however as it has barely any support, which is exactly what I need. Point being, it's a mine field when choosing!

No, couldn't be bothered. The email states that the dip is lightly within tolerances, and reading other reviews highlights the company's ignorance to try and address any complaints. Pre purchase I initially thought the complaints were probably related to heavy people, but it's clearly a design or quality control fault, I weigh 67kg. Any company worth a crap doesn't gaslight their customers.
So you complained, they other an inspection and you couldn't be bothered  At least give them a chance to solve a problem and then complain about them online

Also were you flipping the mattresses every few months like they suggest?

I wrote a review based on their behaviour, then posted here to show their customer service is laughable. Next time you're in for a mattress purchase go have a read of the reviews of JR and they show how an independent inspector showed up and said the dip isn't deep enough to count as a defective mattress. It's about principle and helping others not getting ripped off.

I've had mattress from them for the last 7 years, followed their guidance about flipping the mattress and it perfect. Wouldn't hesitate in buying another from them.
