I've got halfway through my HTPC build and found out there is no way I can fit a full size board and my BluRay drive in the same case so I need a good spec for a CPU, mATX mainboard and some RAM to allow for playing of some basic games on a 40inch high definition TV.
I currently have a ATI 4850 1GB (with HDMI) to fit with it and a Scythe Mini Ninja cpu cooler (restricted by height as well).
Budget £150 - £200
