hi, any 1 know of a good s939 mother-board to fit in a silverstone sugo, please
also will a opty 146 be ok inside a case like that?

im thinking of making it into a media center.

thx for any help :)

An Opty will be fine, I have one in my Aria.

Are you overclocking? If so, look at the Biostar TForce 6100 or the DFI Infinity RS482.

If not, any Nvidia 6150 based board will be the best choice.

ah thats good to know, not sure if i will be clocking it, i was told the Biostar TForce 6100 is a great board for overclocking as well :)

thx for the help p4radox

still unsure if i want to go for a custom built Silverstone Sugo or a Shuttle SN21G5

as there aint much a price dif after buying all the parts ie.

mother board 55.00
case 90.00
psu 55.00

but if i go for the sugo i can always replace the board and cpu in the future which as a good point :)

I think the only things to decide between the 2 are the size difference and the upgradeability. But personally I'd get the Sugo, a nice modular PSU by Tagan and the DFI. :)

A shuttle isn't standard sized/components. MATX are, and at least you won't need kids sized hands to fit things into it!

There's the ASUS CSM, another version /NBP dunno what the difference is though. Rubbish overclockers, I think OC to 2.4ghz and that's it (2.2ghz stock)

Sugo apparently is a bit toasty case. There's the Q-pack and Antec Aria. Cube cases are a bit cramped, PSU and optical drive are usually over motherboard so bit of a pain. IMO if you're willing to get a slightly larger case worthwhile. ie Silverstone TJ-08 (I have one) roomy and with decent amount of cooling. Make sure when you get a PSU it's not a modular because the depth of the cases mean the optical drives are almost pushed into PSU, so you don't have much room for the cables coming out of the PSU (around 1" gap between the two)
