mATX board needed

Hi

I'm looking for a mATX board for a Media Centre system. I'll be using it with a E4300 so it need to be a decent overclocker too. What would you guys recommend, I have a budget of around £60-70 for the board.

The rest of the kit consist of Geil RAM, 7900GS and 2 x 500HD

The Gigabyte G33's are a decent board i believe. Biffa had a S2 and got his Q6600 up to 3.1-3.2ghz on it in a SFF case. The G33 DS2R gives you 1:1 on the memory with a bios update now. Otherwise you could look at the Asus P5K-VM.
