MATX board with on-board HD GPU?

Hi all. Could anyone recommend a MATX mobo for use in a media center that can decode HD video too? Not sure if there is an onboard GPU that can do this as yet but thought I'd ask as it saves buying a seperate graphics card. No games or anything else - just TV, video and HD content on Vista MCE.

Failing that what is a good, cheap graphics card with HDMI output?

The Abit Fatal1ty F-190HD does 1080p.

Hmm to make things harder I also need one that supports svideo! Seems those two are good but dont have svideo

I dont have the LCD TV as yet but am just future proofing it!

Either that or can you convert VGA to svideo easily?
