mATX CPU cooling

Can anyone recommend a good heatsink/fan for a micro ATX system?

It needs to be silent and be shorter than 3"

If anyone knows of a fanless setup that would be great, this is a for media center so high performance isn't needed.

What's the case?

Decent low profile coolers include the passive Silverstone NT06 Lite, and Zalman CNPS7000 and CNPS8000.

A vote for the Zalman coolers! I put one in my brother's Antec Aria and can only be heard in an absolutely silent room and even then it is only a slight wooshing of air.
