Ok, sorry if this is in the wrong section, if it is, mods please feel free to move.

If anyone saw my other thread in this section, you'll know i'm putting together parts for a Ryzen 9 build.

My current case is this: CM Cosmos 2 UT

I want to replace it with this: Gamemax Kamikaze Pro ARGB mATX case

I've already got a 3900x being shipped to me, i received a H100i Plat AIO yesterday, and i'm going to reuse my current GPU and PSU.

As for the motherboard, i've been thinking about using this: Asrock x570m Pro4

BUT, i saw this video last night: Asrock x570m Pro4 PCB breakdown and according to the guy making that video, the VRMs on the m Pro4 are horrible, and if i used that board with a 3900x, i won't be able to OC it even a little (I plan to at least push it to 4.0 GHz), however, the case i'm looking to get will have at least 3 fans blowing air into the case, 5, if i set the cooler's fans the right way.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a good X570 ITX/B550 M/ITX board? Or do you think i'd be able to keep the M pro4's VRM cool enough with my fan setup?

And the guy who recorded that video said that the Asrock BIOS is not the best, another reason i'm hesitant to get the m Pro4 (it's been a long time since i used a system with an asrock board, and last time i did, i never went into the bios, never needed to.)

Hm, well, my 3900x just arrived, so just need the case, board and ram now. How is Asrock’s BIOS? I’ve been looking at some ITX boards, the strix looks good, but 266 is a bit steep, though i do like how simple Asus’s bios is. How is Gigabyte’s?

Ok, i've narrowed my choices down to two ITX boards, the Aorus X570-I Pro Wifi and the Asus Strix x570-I (unless the B550s can get my attention). The gigabyte board is the cheaper option, never used one of those boards before though. I'm just going through the qualified memory list, which speed would be better for the 3900x? 3200 or 3600?

Well, the case just dispatched, estimated arrival by the end of the week, but since it’s shipping from somewhere pretty close, it could be any time this week. I also ordered a hubby7 internal usb hub kit (couldn’t find the nzxt usb hub).

As for the boards, i was originally going to go for the ASRock x570m pro4, but I’ve seen videos on youtube saying asrock’s bios isn’t that great, so i decided to go for an itx board instead (Hence the internal usb hub), I have my eye on a Gygabyte Aorus X570 ITX, but that won’t be back in stock until end of June, so I’ll wait and see how B550 compares.

I’m thinking of going with a pcie nvme boot drive. If i do, it won’t cut into the GPU’s bandwidth will it? If it’s installed under the chipset heatsink.

Well, i know B550 is just around the corner, but i've sorta got my heart set on an x570 at this point, I just can't decide between the Aorus X570-I Pro Wifi, or the Asus X570-I, I almost pulled the trigger on an Aorus, but after doing a bit more searching on google, i saw a video someone made of their gigabyte bios crashing because they, apparently, had an nvme installed, i also saw, in that same thread, a post from someone who struggled to get their bios to work right. I know that's probably (hopefully) been fixed now, but it has got me wondering, which of these two should i get? It's going to be a gaming/workstation build.

Are there any issues with either board that i should be wary of?
