mATX Spec Check Please :)

Going to be ordering my new parts in a few weeks (hopefully before xmas but the start of jan if not then) new to the SFF so would like some advice. budget really is set at 500 but can go slightly over if theres something better out there.
spec must include some form of graphics.

Spec Rough Prices from working out non special prices:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R Micro ATX £68.14
CPU: Intel Q6600 Quad Core £160.96
RAM: OCZ 2GB 6400 C4 Platimum £37.58
HDD: Hitachi 250GB T7K500 £41.11
DVD: Pioneer DVR-212DBK £19.96

PSU: OCZ StealthXStream 600w £52.86

Total = £495.74 + Delivery

I was looking for a modular PSU (wont need all the wires), any recommendations?

corsair 520W is the only modular PSU i would get

If overclocking, I would change the ram to 8500, as there ain't no 1:1 dividers on that board unless you use the F4? beta bios.

really would have to go with ocuk value 8500 ram if i did that to keep the cost down, is this worth buying or do i need a more expensive set?

Those should be fine, that would be my choice with that board.
