Can you set the second hard drive as the one to boot from in your BIOS? It looks like GRUB has put itself there. (At least I'm guessing it has.)

unimpressed so far, KDE crashes far, far too often on my setup. In fact, it has lunched the system again today meaning 3rd install in 3 days!

This time, lesson learnt and shall go for a gnome setup....

I'm all installed and running. Had no issues apart from checking my samba configuration after the upgrade.
One question though: If I right click on my iphone on the desktop, Rhythmbox appears twice on the open with list. Any idea how I can remove the duplicate?

just a quick heads up, I'm sure all you guys and gals already know this, but on my install I was having problems until I set the master password...
