Max £1000 PC.

Hiya. My dad needs a new desktop PC for work from home. The budget is a maximum of £1000, but it by no means needs to cost that amount if you think a cheaper build can handle it. It will mainly be used for drawing sketches in 3D, media usage such as watching movies, and will be used quite a bit for skype work meetings. It will not be used for gaming. One thing which is very important is that it's as silent as possible, as it can't be disturbing phone/skype meetings. He currently has one 1440p monitor and one 1080p, but might eventually get a second 1440p. Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

Sweet. Is there anything you can add to it to make it more silent, eg replacing stock fans with something else, or any recommended sound isolators?

A higher quality alternative is the P100 from antec.
