MAX £1400 build

I want to build a rig for gaming and video editing and some c++ programing but mainly gaming and editing videos recorded by my capture card. Intel only and not exceeding £1400 no peripherals included. I want it to have a wc gfx card and cpu. I prefer the nzxt phantom case with allot of fans. I would like it to be blue. Thanks
