Max 43" Monitor with KVM - with G-Sync / Adaptive sync?

Hey Knowledgeable Monitor people,

I've been looking at the recent 49" monitors but just can't fit one into my work space but really like the idea of a monitor with multiple inputs and side by side working. Then moving onto full screen light gaming in the evening.

Any suggestions for a ~43" (or less) monitor with a built in KVM / PBP that does have g-sync / adaptive sync? I'm currently on a 34" 3440x1440 80mhz gsync monitor but without the KVM

I do not think any such monitor yet exists. The upcoming Asus XG438Q could be worth looking at, but not sure it has KVM.
