Since upgrading to windows 10 (clean install) my cpu (2600k) seems to spend a lot more time turboboosted to maximum frequency - when just web-browsing or idle.
I've looked in resource manager and it shows overall maximum frequency averaging around 48% to 80% but I can't find any single process thats using up a high % of cpu usage - The only thing is NT kernel using a lot of threads - but I guess that's normal? Is this just windows 10 being inefficient or have I overlooked something?
