Max GPU for 300w PSU?

So a friend has a old light gaming machine from ocuk he want a faster gpu

Q6600 and 8600t with 300w power supply not sure on model just yet
Got the model doesn't look to good
Delta/GPS-300AB C E00

For £150 which GPU or gpu\psu combo?

I was thinking 7850 but with a 500w corsair would be like £155

That one needs a 6pin connector though None of these need a 6pin though as far as I can tell.

+1 A HD 7770 wouldn't be off the cards either for you if you didn't want to risk the HD 7850.
