Max launching in the UK early 2026, Ad Free tier being bundled with Sky

The legal dispute looks like it's been settled with Sky bundling the max streaming service into their packages.

On a personal note i think at this point you could make an argument for cutting the cable in the UK and being able to do quite well without the existing sky packages if you're not too bothered about sports - and even then...

No way would i pay to watch all that rubbish. Anyway, i dont watch tv these days. Not done so for approx 10 years now!
I often find something to watch on channels like disney, netflix and paramount which has left me wondering what I really need a sky package for. I think given the amount of stuff that's come out of warner that I enjoy, it might be worth paying for.
