Max memory and CPUs for Vista versions

Does anyone know or have a link to the maximum amount of memory and number of CPUs supported by the different versions of Vista, I have looked on Microsoft's site but can't find it anywhere (probably just looking in wrong place).

2 physical CPUs. No core limits.
