I can`t get MP3 to log into the Social Club, so my game won`t work!

It worked last time I had it in?

I have tried everything

Running Windows 8 64, it worked last time so I don`t know what I am doing wrong!


Any help would be good if anyone knows how to enable internet connection for logging into the social club.
 
Apparently MP3's DRM servers are dead in the water thanks to the load from GTA 5 players. Rockstar's infrastructure isn't enough to cope, and for some reason MP3 authentication isn't working.

There's quite a bit of angst all over the internet about it.

What an idiot I am!

Its a shame because I liked MP3 & the MP was good


This really does my head in, I doubt Rockstar will do anything about it now!
 
The problem is at the Rockstar Social Club end I think. You can log a fault with them and see if that helps, though I doubt they are just ignoring the issue.
 
I've already contacted them about it.

Hopefully it's fixed soon, it's been down for almost a week now.

Update for 9/18/13: We have made some changes that should help to resolve some of these issues, and will continue to work toward a full resolution for any remaining problems such as logging into iFruit.

Update for 9/19/13: Some of these issues have now been resolved, such as signing into the Steam version of Max Payne 3 and iFruit login. We are continuing to work on a few outstanding problems with account linking and user-generated content such as photos and emblems. As soon as we have more updates, we will post them here.

Update for 9/21/13: We are continuing to work on improvements that will result in a reduction in the occurrence of these issues. There have been some further reports about errors when signing into iFruit and we are working on that again now.

Update for 9/24/13: We have deployed some fixes that should resolve issues when logging into Max Payne 3 on PC and accessing Multiplayer. Please stay tuned for more news about fixes and improvements as we ramp up for GTA Online launch.
