Got an odd problem after updating to the latest 331.65 nvidia drivers I can no longer login to rockstar social on max payne 3, it works fine if I login to the site and GTA 4 is fine to login its just MP I have tried removing R* social and letting it reinstall and I have tried verifying the cache on steam but nothing will make it work again

Only recently got this game and had similar issues to you, absolute pain the rear.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Max Payne 3\MP3_Installers
I ran the vcredist_x86.exe in there which uninstalled, rebooted and could then login after installing the latest Rockstar social club.
Still not 100% though, shame as it's a great game when you can log in and actually load successfully.

Had the same, I pressed alt f4 during the login tonight, had circle after waiting for ages and trying many times. After that it logs in just fine, I am AMD btw so it is not video drivers.
