max payne 3 redemption code already in use!!

hia so ive decided to play through MP3 again.

after downloading via steam etc I start the game and am told to activate the game or something along those lines.

i click ok and im told redemption code is already in use.

ive contacted R* support but am yet to get a response. was wondering if anyone was aware of a fix, or if any1 has had a similar experience.

Is it already activated on your account then?

Where did you buy it?

When you first activated you should have created a R* Social Club account - login with this and it shouldn't be an issue.

i bought it off steam

i just went onto rockstar social club website and logged into my different account which shows my progress stats etc from MP3. when i try to log into this account it says account is being used by different user.....
