Max Payne Movie Trailer HD

Yeah I must admit that it looks really good. Max Payne was a great game and it looks like they have really kept the original feel and atmosphere in the film.

I don't normally go for spin off movies from games but this one actually looks like it may be very well made :)
 
That trailer looks really good, the only video game inspired film I have liked is Silent Hill which I thought was really good but Max Payne looks to have great potential.

I really hope they don't over-do the slow motion stuff though, a couple of times is cool but not on every action scene.
 
Cheers. I've seen another clip but it wasn't in anywhere near as good quality as that one and it wasn't as long either.

Anybody got a direct link to the files, IE and Opera don't do anything when i click the links on the page. :(
 
I couldnt get much to happen with the files on the link so went to the official site to see the vids. Looks good but whats with the flying things - I dont remember them in the games, just lotsa guys with guns and bullet tme....
 
Gah, turns out it was crabby activeX stuff wanting to play.

Hmm , according to the end of the trailer, it came out yesterday ? So the UK should have it by January!, yay!
 
Seen the trailer already but watched it again, proper stoked about this movie.

Ludacris looks good as Jim Bravura imo, and unless I'm mistaken that looks like Sucre from Prison Break. Epic!

As others have said, the voice is nothing like the real Max Payne.

It sounds similar at first but this one is just angsty and edgy unlike the real one which is World Weary and a lot better.

The film does look good though, love the music too :)

I hope its good, but probably wont be. all this angel stuff they decide to invent. is it so hard to make a movie that keeps the feel of the game? one thats not restricted by age certificates, max payne should be, guns, drugs, dark humor and with the comic strip dialogue. The movie might have some of those, but I have a feeling they've changed too much.

I'd happily be proved otherwise.
