Max safe DDR2 voltage?

Im trying to overclock my rig in sig, but i have corsair value select(PC-5300 667mhz) and as you can probaly tell by its name its not the best at overclocking, so im just wondering whats the max volts i can put through it safely to get those all important extra mhz

So if you go above 2.1 you void the warranty is this correct? Ill have to stay below 2.1 then Lucky i havent gone to 2.2 yet
