Max Safe Dram Voltage On Sandy

I know 8Pack has said 1.7v for 24.7 is ok, but what about 1.75v?

It depends on your DRAM rather than your platform.
If your DRAM PCB has 8 layers, it would be safe to go 24.7 with 1.75V.
If 6 layers, then 1.65v tops.
A cooling fan for your RAM is necessary when you push them to 1.75V
