max safe overclock volts for ram?

I have just upgraded to

F4-3200C14D-32GVK

as I have an ITX motherboard im limited to 2 slots only hence 2 x 16gb kit

anyway I just wanted some clarification of the max volts I can run daily on this ram?

im not sure if there will be more stress on the ram as its 16gb per stick

the ram will be watercooled which probably doesn't mean much but I do it for aesthetics

also the pads will be replaced with TG minus 8 pads

also what is a good program/programs to check the overclock is stable?

HCI Memtest, plenty of info on the net how to set it up / run it. Around 1.45v, I've run mine at 1.5v for some time now with no issue.
