Max safe volts for stock 290 on both memory and core?

I'm going to overclock on air first to see if I get any black screens etc before I put the water block on. Just wondering what the max safe volts are for air?

Also what sort of clocks are people getting on air here?

My sapphire will do 1130/1450 on the stock cooler with both the power sliders maxed out in afterburner. It hits 50% on the fan speed which is too loud for me though so I just run it at a mild overclock of 1070/1300 with no extra volts for gaming.

I'll be testing at 100% fan speed as it will be under water later, it's just to see how far I can push it to see if it black screens etc

IMHO would use at 1.3V max for 24/7
just for some tests I would go to 1.35V max on air, maybe 1.4V with 100% fan if the temperature stays under 85C
