Any ideas folks?

Thinking of buying now while cheap, for new build next Jan (delayed yet again due to those pesky credit cards!).

I just want to make sure I'll have plenty of space to raise the RAM but can't seem to find the answer.

My apologies if this is answered elsewhere - I've been searching for the last fifteen minutes (but may have missed it as I've just worked a 14 hour shift and I'm half asleep :o)

Many thanks folks...off for a nap. Hopefully the answer will be magically here in the morning ;)

Jon.

I can't remember off the top of my head, but I'm sure a quick google search will tell you. All I can say is you will probably never fill it before a new OS version comes around. 16GB or something.

Besides, 640K should be more than enough for anybody anyway.

Heh sure does take me back! XMS and EMS i think it was ;]

Them were the days... A floppy with 8 or 9 different boot setups on it for different games...

I demand action from the EU to prevent Microsoft monopolising the memory management market!!!
