Max TMPIN1 temp?

I am using speed fan to control my 2 case fans and my cpu cooler fan.

At the moment I have it set so that my fans come on high when my cpu temp (TMPIN0) hits 45C or my other temp (TMPIN1) hits 28C.

I dont know what TMPIN1 is. Does any one know? What should be max temp be? Ideally I could raise the 28 to around 35 or something so that my fans dont come on as much. Does anyone know if this would be okay?
