What's the max v-core I should go to on my chip for overclocking?
Its under water and real bench at 1.34v, 48 multi, 101.75 Bclk, temps hit max of 53 buts its only 90% stable.

It is personal decision
some will go hier some lower
But for me 1.35V will be the maximum voltage i will ever use for 24/7 on water
On air 1.3V is maximum i will ever consider for 24/7
But all will react differently
And even 1.4V can be considered a possibility if the temps can be controlled and chip is fully stable

Sorry should have made it clear I am talking 2 or 3 runs of real bench.
I have to pay for my own CPU so for 24/7 its strictly below 1.2v folding at 4.5ghz 100% stable as is gaming.

1.35v max on air or water for 24/7 use. I've been told 1.3v max on the earlier 4770k. Devils canyon chips feature better voltage regulation and power delivery.

1.4 volts or less would be my safe area don't know what air or water has to do with anything as long as temps are okay whats the difference ?

For benching i would say just keep it under 1.4, but i did see a guy posting on here running way past that on air cooling just for short benchmarks. I bench mine at 1.38 but game at 1.3.

Im guessing multi 49 just crashed for ya, thats why ya started on the bclk?
