Just wondering whats the max (safest) voltage I should set my CPU and RAM at?

The CPU is an Athlon 2X 3800 and the ram is 2GB OCZ Gold 3200.

BTW im using air cooling.

Currently CPU is set at 1.5V and RAM at 2.9V, due to me attempting some overclocking, but is it safe to leave it at these settings?

is that the ocz xtc gold ram? If so i dont think they respond to voltage very well and they do tend to get hot. If you have a fan blowing over them then i would think 2.9v is ok otherwise i would stick with 2.7v-2.8v.

Yep I think its the xtc version version, its currently at 2.85V and everythings running ok so I have left it at that, although the bios allows me to go upto 3.0V.

The cpu is at 1.5V and it idles around the mid/high 40s and hits mid 50s under load.

wouldnt let cpu go to far above 50C under load. Max i would let mine go to would be 55C so dont go using 1.6v if it means temps are 60C or something. Its a balance between temp and volts :)

Low temps are good but i wouldnt worry untill your load temps start going higher than 60c
