Max volts for I5 6500 CPU OC

Hi, I’ve been messing about with the system in my sig, I have got my I5 6500 to 4.54gHz completely stable, passes everything. But to achieve this I have the CPU volts set to 1.4 in the bios with a LLC level 7. Under Prime with CPUZ open, the CPU volts is 1.44V. The max temp I’m seeing for the CPU is 53c with a custom watercooling setup.
I cannot find an official Intel max V-Core voltage, some say 1.5 Max others 1.4. what are peoples opinions.

Its 1.4 in the bios but Load Line Calibration up the voltage to 1.44 when viewed in CPUZ

i would keep it where it is. it should be ok. if you can tune it a little lower to 1.39 or 1.38 then thats great as it will be nearer to 1.4v under load
